Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. This is with the exception of our Auto-Ship program. We will automatically ship your product every 31 days to ensure you never run out.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
There is an $8.95 flat rate for all of our packages.
If an item goes on back order we will alert you and add you to a waitlist until the product is back in stock.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. We will also provide you with the return address at this time.
We do not allow returns on items that have been opened or used unless it is due to a manufacturuer error.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We do not allow any exchanges on our products.
